We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying of Silicone Emulsion. Our silicone emulsion is used as a mild release and shining agent (30 % better shine) for rubber and plastic products like tubes, tyres, fan belts, hoses, gaskets and various other rubber parts. Our emulsion not only prevents carbonaceous deposits but also is non-volute and has many oxidant resistance properties.

Product Application

n a process for the production of a silicone in water emulsion in which a polysiloxane fluid, at least one surfactant and water are continuously fed to a high shear mixer in such proportions as to form a viscous oil in water emulsion which is continuously withdrawn from the mixer.
